Trella is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead business strategy and operations, reporting directly to the CEO. This role focuses on operational excellence, financial management, client development, and organizational risk oversight.
Ideal candidates will have leadership experience in professional services and strong capabilities in finance, HR, and IT. The successful candidate will be a relational and strategic thinker with excellent communication skills.
An MBA or CPA designation is considered an asset.
