Jess is a leadership and organizational effectiveness advisor who is passionate about helping family enterprises strengthen leadership, navigate generational transition, and build healthy family and business systems. She works closely with families and leadership teams to support next-generation readiness, leadership development, and meaningful conversations that help families align around the future of their enterprise.
With more than 17 years of experience in leadership development and organizational change, Jess brings both thoughtful insight and practical tools to her work. She helps individuals and leadership teams build the capabilities needed to lead through complexity, clarify roles and expectations, and create pathways for future leadership within family enterprises.
Jess also brings a personal connection to this work. She is involved in a multi-generation family business with more than 150 years of history, an experience that informs her deep appreciation for the opportunities and challenges that come with family enterprise.
Jess holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Development and is a Family Enterprise Advisor (FEA) and Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC). She is also certified in PROSCI Change Management, Insights Discovery, and DISC.
