Operations & Systems Manager

Alejandra Veles is an operations and systems professional who brings structure, clarity, and strategic coordination to growing organizations. With a background in law and management, she helps leadership teams translate complex goals into practical systems and processes that support both people and performance. 


Alejandra began her career in law before completing a Master’s in Management. Her experience spans business operations, communications, operational infrastructure, and organizational change initiatives in Tech high-growth environments. She has led initiatives including building end-to-end operational processes, developing onboarding frameworks, and supporting international teams through project management, documentation, and systems that help organizations scale effectively. 


At Trella, Alejandra focuses on strengthening internal operations and supporting leadership to ensure the firm’s systems and workflows run smoothly. She is known for her organization, reliability, and collaborative approach to bringing clarity to complex environments. 


Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, crocheting, reading, and spending time outdoors with her husband and their dogs. Originally from Monterrey, Mexico, she now lives in Victoria, British Columbia.
