Jelene is an Operations Executive and Coordinator with a passion for creating structure, clarity, and dependable systems that support people and purpose-driven work. With several years of experience across operations, governance, and executive support, her professional background is rooted entirely within financial institutions, where she has worked in regulated, fast-paced environments supporting senior leaders, boards, and committees through governance and corporate processes and day-to-day operations. 

She brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to coordinating workflows, managing documentation, and overseeing reporting—ensuring consistency and accountability. Earlier in her career, Jelene worked in strategy and planning roles focused on operational efficiency, workforce planning, and cross-functional collaboration. Across every role, she is known for her professional integrity, discretion, and people-first mindset—qualities that align closely with Trella’s commitment to trust, clarity, and long-term success for business families. 

Outside of work, Jelene values meaningful experiences, including travel and discovering new places. She calls Toronto home, where she lives with her Siamese cat, Lucky.
