Having grown up in a family enterprise, he understands the balance between ambition and relationships that defines so many family-owned companies — a perspective that guides his work at Trella every day.
With a foundation in law and over a decade of experience leading and scaling entrepreneurial businesses, Eliot brings both analytical precision and practical execution to his role. He focuses on strengthening Trella’s operations, refining client programs, and supporting the team in delivering meaningful results. His approach is structured yet people-first — combining strategic discipline with a genuine respect for the families and advisors he works with.
Eliot has earned a reputation for his steady leadership, tireless work ethic, and ability to turn complex goals into clear, achievable plans. A lifelong athlete and former team captain, he believes in collaboration, accountability, and trust as the keys to long-term success.
Outside of work, Eliot is a proud husband and dad who spends most of his free time coaching his two boys, Jack and Miles, in every sport possible — bringing the same energy, focus, and good humour to family life that he brings to Trella.
